The 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” models provide all end users with identical advantages: while fine-tooth ratchets with 60 or 72 teeth work with a ratchet angle of 6° and 5° respectively, STAHLWILLE's 80-tooth fine-tooth ratchets proved a ratchet angle of only 4.5°. Thanks to the screwless designs and the STAHLWILLE QuickRelease system, they are also the perfect solution for safety relevant, FOD (Foreign Object Damage) environments, such as aerospace. Here, damage from lost or forgotten small parts must be excluded. STAHLWILLE's QuickRelease system is the only attachment system that reliably locks all the components in use, from the ratchet handle to the extension and through to the socket itself, and safeguards against unintentional release.
