Equipped with an array of microphones for an expanded field-of-view, the handheld Fluke ii900 Sonic Industrial Imager enables maintenance teams to quickly and accurately locate air, gas and vacuum leaks in compressed air systems; even in noisy environments. Specifically designed for noisy production facilities the new SoundSight™ technology is simple to learn and easy to implement. The 7 inch LCD touchscreen overlays a SoundMap™ on a visual image for quick leak location identification. The straightforward, intuitive interface allows technicians to isolate the sound frequency of the leak to filter out loud background noise. In a matter of hours, the team can inspect the entire plant – during peak operations. For the first time, you can quickly and easily identify the air leak repairs needed to ensure efficient operations and reduce utility bills. Images can be saved and exported for reporting purposes. The handheld Fluke ii900 Sonic Industrial Imager enables maintenance teams to quickly and accurately locate air, steam, gas and vacuum leaks in compressed air systems. The straightforward, intuitive interface allows technicians to isolate the sound frequency of the leak to filter out background noise. Leak inspection can be done in a much shorter time than traditional tracing method, most importantly during operation, meaning no shutdown or production halt.

Using SoundSightT technology, this industrial imager offers a new way to identify and locate a leak. With a 7 inch wide Touchscreen, a SoundMapT is displayed in colour over a visual image of the equipment allowing for fast visual identification. Blending of actual image and sound image in one screen enable a technician to easily scan a large area of the plant, locate leakage immediately on screen up to 50 metres in distance. The ii900 has an internal memory storage of up to 999 picture files or 20 video files of up 30 second length each.
