Clayton DustMaster Electric ULPA Vacuum 120VAC - Available in both electric and pneumatic, the Dust Master Series ULPA vacs are the most powerful solution for portable dustless sanding, dust extraction, and general cleanup. They are designed for the removal of coatings containing Hexavalent Chromium, lead, cadmium and other heavy metals, carbon fibre, ceramic dust, fibreglass, and mould.

These units are portable, and include features for the most demanding applications. All components are extra heavy duty to ensure long life and extreme durability for industrial and military environments.

Three Stage Filtration

  • Stage One: Filter bag. Change as needed.
  • Stage Two: Pre-filter is 95% efficient at 0.3 micron. Change once a year or when Minihelic reads above 5.
  • Stage Three: ULPA Filter is 99.9995% efficient at 0.12 micron. Change when magnahelic reads above 5 with a new pre-filter installed. With proper maintenance and use, this filter will last several years.
  • Patented Safe-Filter-Change

  • This unique Clayton design allows workers to change disposible filters in complete safety.
    • Leave vacuum running when changing filter bag; downdraft into pre-filter contains any dust trying to escape, preventing worker exposure.

    Twin Vacuum Motors

  • Clayton's Electric and Pneumatic DustMaster Vacuum systems both employ dual vacuum motors for unmatched performance and support for up to 3 simultaneous users.
  • Gauge Panel

  • Our gauge panel helps you monitor the health and performance of your DustMaster system.
  • Our Auto On/Off System Pressure acts as a countdown monitor. When a connected tool is actuated the Auto System is pressurized. When the tool is stopped the shut off delay bleeds air from the Auto System and the pressure counts down to zero at which time the vacuum shuts off.
  • To help monitor the ULPA filte , our Minihelic compares the pressure on either side of the filter. As particles build up in the ULPA filte , the pressure difference increases. When the gauge is in the red, its time to change the ULPA filter. With proper maintenance of the pre-filter and bag filters, the ULPA filter should last several years.
  • Since the DustMaster has a built in manifold for providing compressed air to your tools, its helpful to see the Air Supply Line Pressure. This lets you know if your compressor is keeping up with demand. In a properly operating system with an adequate air supply, this gauge should remain between 80 and 100 psi.
