Return Policy

1. Refund & Exchange policy

Goods returned for credit, and orders cancelled will only be accepted subject to Henchman's prior agreement with all freight charges prepaid by the Buyer. Returned goods (if accepted) are subject to a re-stocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice price. Returns will only be accepted (if accepted) within 14 days from date of invoice. Exchange of goods may be accepted if item is in the original packaging and not marked and still in a saleable condition. All refunds or exchanges will be entirely at Henchman's discretion. Order cancellation (if accepted) may be special order items and therefore non-cancellable), order cancellations may incur additional re-stocking fees depending if the item needs to be returned to the supplier.

2. Product Warranties

All warranties conditions and representations whether express or implied other than any express warranty stated by the Henchman in writing are hereby expressly negative and excluded except in circumstances where the Henchman is by law unable to exclude or limit its liability.  Henchman warrants that the goods sold be free from defects solely due to faulty workmanship and materials during a period of 12 months from consignment (in certain cases limited lifetime warranty).  Goods altered, repaired or subjected to any technical attention by any person other than Henchman's authorised representatives without Henchman's consent will not be covered by warranty.  Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse or neglect or where goods have been subjected to operating or environmental conditions in excess of maximum values in the applicable specification are not subject to warranty.

Henchman shall not be liable for any consequential damage/s including loss of profits resulting from the use of goods sold found to be defective, where warranty shall be limited to either:

a.   the replacement of the faulty goods or the supply of equivalent goods only;

b.   the payment of the costs of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent products.

No claim of any nature whatsoever (other than warranty) will be recognized unless made within ten (10) days of delivery. All freight costs involved in returning goods are to be borne by the Buyer. A copy of the invoice evidencing such sale is to be included with the goods.
