portaTRAK+ Electronic Automated Locker System

HenchmanTRAK is an innovative and effective system for ensuring tools are never left on an aircraft, as well as improving productivity and saving money and time in searching for and replacing lost tools, therefore meeting the current requirements for tool accountability in the Aerospace industry.
The portaTRAK+ extends the capability of the portaTRAK. It incorporates a locker system, providing an unmanned and secure storage of portable kits.
After the user signs in with a tap of his card, he selects Issue Kit on the touch screen and the tail number of the aircraft he will be working on. The portaTRAK+ will then open a locker, giving access to a toolkit that can be issued after checking its identity and weight using the portaTRAK scale.
When returning the kit, the correct weight will be checked on the portaTRAK unit before a locker is opened. The system recognises if the toolkit has been returned into the locker and completes the transaction once the door is firmly shut.
Multiple portaTRAK+ units can be used seamlessly and they can also be used alongside kabTRAK and cribTRAK. This allows us to tailor a tool tracking solution to your specific requirements.
